INDIANAPOLIS – State government is jumping into the smart phone world, offering taxpayers scannable QR codes that drive them to websites with information about state parks, unclaimed property and even legislation.
Senate Minority Leader Vi Simpson, D-Bloomington said that the state budget agency had not given the Legislature a reason for recent budget cuts and that the agency had not warned the state service providers that the cuts were being made.
