Indiana Attorney General Greg Zoeller is urging victims of a United Financial Systems scheme to act quickly to claim restitution. In April 2010, the Indiana Supreme Court ruled that United Financial’s business tactics – including the sale of estate plans – violated Indiana’s rules against the unauthorized practice of law.
