After an eye-opening trip to Washington, D.C., Campus Minister David Weatherspoon said he hopes to make some changes in Franklin College religious life to encourage cooperation across faiths.
Alina Fernandez, daughter of Fidel Castro, came to Franklin College Thursday and spoke about the impact Castro's rule had on Cuba, the United States and herself.
Franklin's Religious Life Team and Habitat for Humanity are both using their Spring break to help others out of state. The Religious Life Team is going to Atlanta, while Habitat for Humanity is going to Lexington, Ky.
